The 2020 Nautilus

Exhilarating performance meets inspired luxury in the 2020 Nautilus. It’s loaded with design, performance and technology features to keep you connected and ensure your ride is as smooth and seamless as possible. Read on for a rundown of some of our favourite features in the 2020 Nautilus.

The Lincoln Embrace reveals itself and warmly welcomes you as you approach your Nautilus. Additionally, a Lincoln logo welcome mat is projected on the ground, welcoming you back. Finally, when you leave your vehicle and lock the doors, the mirrors automatically fold in, protecting them from nicks, dings and scrapes. When you’re back in the vehicle with your key fob and close the door, the mirrors automatically fold out

Every drive in the 2020 Nautilus is a liberating experience courtesy of the vehicle’s sweeping lines and elegant contours. The exterior’s unique details convey a dynamic elegance, while the Lincoln signature grille flows seamlessly into the headlamps and highlights the vehicle’s bold curves.

The newest Nautilus offers a quiet interior. Inside the vehicle, available ambient lighting gently glows, illuminating the entire cabin as you approach. Select from seven distinct colours to either complement or change your mood. Heated and ventilated front seats ensure a luxurious experience, while first-row acoustic-laminate glass reduces traffic noise and other unpleasant sounds. But sometimes the noise is coming from inside your car, not out. Active noise control heightens overall cabin sound quality by reducing unwanted engine noise while enhancing desired sound to help provide a pleasant drive. The system monitors the sound profile and then creates an opposing sound wave. When the opposing wave meets the original sound wave, they cancel each other out.

The 2020 Nautilus offers two engine options; a twin-turbocharged 2.7L V6 engine that delivers 355 horsepower and 380 lb.-ft of torque, and a 2.0L turbocharged I-4 engine offering 250 horsepower and an incredibly smooth drive. Electric power-assisted steering is standard on all trim levels, providing an easy, fluid steering feel at low speeds and a firmer, more controlled feel at high speeds. The system constantly monitors and detects changing road conditions and compensates for road surface irregularities (something we know all too well here in Winnipeg). The independent lenses on the available full LED multi-projector headlamps can change position to widen or narrow the path of light in the direction your Nautilus is travelling, giving you a wide field of awareness

The Lincoln Co-Pilot360 package includes six core technologies built to keep you safe and in control like automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitors, reverse camera, lane keep assist, and auto high beams. Lincoln also offers a CoPilot360 Assist+ upgrade for qualifying models. It’s a more advanced suite of Lincoln safety tech and includes additional features like Adaptive Cruise Control, Active Park Assist Plus, and Evasive Steer Control Assist. Remember, these technologies aren’t meant to replace the operator’s focus when driving. As Lincoln says, Co-Pilot360 technology is “supplemental and does not replace the driver’s attention, judgment, and need to control the vehicle”. Read our Co-Pilot 360 blog to learn about Lincoln’s driver assist technology.

The 2020 Nautilus offers a plethora of safety features, whether you’re sitting still or on the move. The standard Personal Safety System includes dual-stage front airbags,* front safety belt pretensioners and safety belt energy-management retractors, a crash severity sensor, driver’s seat position sensor, restraint control module, Front-Passenger Sensing System and front safety belt usage sensors. Plus, the Enhanced Security Package is available for added security.

The vivid 12.3-inch LCD driver information screen puts a wealth of control within sight. Simple setting controls let you customize what is displayed, including Adaptive Cruise Control warnings, available turn-by-turn navigation directions and more.

Craving unmatched audio? The Revel audio system aims to meticulously reproduce the live-music experience right in the comfort of your vehicle. Available systems include the 13-speaker Revel Audio System and the 19-speaker Revel Ultima Audio System, plus three unique sound modes—Stereo, Audience and Onstage — that let you customize your listening experience.
