Owned 4 different brands of vehicles from Volvo to not so luxury and this one, Lincoln Aviator, beats them all. Service that is reliable and helpful and does what they say. Offers pickup and delivery which is so handy in busy live. Always polite and easy to deal with.

Great Experience. Great staff. Fast, friendly, efficient from start to finish. Bought a Mustang GT. Car was as promised, the price was the price quoted to me, no hidden fees or gimmicks. I would highly recommend Capital Ford over the other Ford dealers. Simran was my Salesman, and was fantastic. Will definitely return to this dealership.

Dealt with Simran when I was looking for a new vehicle, first time purchasing new - he was helpful over the phone and in texting with him, answered all my questions, and it never felt like I was being forced into things or rushed through. He got me a great deal, was fair and forthcoming with explaining charges, and was very friendly.
Had an easy time dealing with the finance part too, Justine was great and made the process painless. When picking up, the general manager even gave me a snow broom from the back to make sure I didn't scratch the car!
I went to another Ford dealership before this and had an awful experience with the sales staff and the sales manager, so this was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Capital Ford!
