I have received great service from Capital Lincoln. My vehicle always returns to me washed and detailed, and I get a thorough explanation of what was done to it. I never get treated as "less than" because I am a woman, and feel that the staff genuinely care about my vehicle and my experience with them. Thank you for your dedication and effort to the customer experience.
EDIT: I would also like to add Katie to the list of exemplary service employees at Capital Lincoln. She managed to get a chronic issue with my vehicle resolved, and kept me in the loop the entire duration that my car was in the shop. Five stars for her!
