Capital Ford Lincoln has a pleasant atmosphere that is inviting and free from the pressure usually associated with car dealerships. Service is fast (I have never had to wait in line) and the indoor drive-through is great in the winter or in the rain.
I actually look forward to going there for service.
It's also great to be right next door to Polo Park so I can get my shopping done while my car is being repaired.

Had a Lincoln MKS for 13 years. Loved the car. Never needed anything done except for oil change. We hope our new Lincoln Aviator will live up to the same excellence. The staff at Capital Ford Lincoln are top notch. We felt special buying our new Aviator.

Isaiah in sales was AMAZING, 5 star gentleman. I highly recommend to ask for him when you go in there. Finance was a bit rocky but Isaiah cleared everything up and guided us every step of the way. He answered every question and concern.
